Today, few are ignorant of the valuable plan of ethical and social security. Everybody knows that this plan is accomplished in order to return the society toward the Islamic and Revolutionary values and ideal things. Also, every one knows that the matter of not dressing according to Islam has been one of the most recent anxieties of the religious people of Iranian society during the history. We can conclude that this abnormality is as the result of communications and modernism world that threats the religious society and causes a lot of individual and social deviations.
Implementing this plan has created different views and various reflections in the society. Some people believe that this plan is followed in the direction of the revival of divine penalty and some people are in this belief that the matter of hijab (veil) should become extinct among the international slogans.
The first view is belonged to the brave nation of Iran especially the custodians of the Islamic system. The results of the survey of Information and Statistics Center of women's cultural and social council show that more than 80% believe that hijab brings immunization; they consider it as the reason of respect to woman's position. Furthermore, more than 75% believe that the hijab firms and consolidates the base of the family.
Concerning this matter, the Supreme Leader says, "By avoiding temporary and seasonal plans, the Police should continue the social security plan so that its purposes are institutionalized in the society".
The second view point is belonged to some people who were wearing political glasses and one day had considered the assault to religious and national values as their main aims.
Considering this issue, the deputy of one of the political parties of the country states, "First, they wanted to fear women, but they accomplish this. Then, they said that we arrest the villainous people and the rascals that didn't have any profit. Behind the conflicts of The Police is not anything except fearing people."
Iran nation has not forgotten the time when the brave people of Iran rushed to the streets and sacrificed their lives in order to defend their sacred ideals and chastity, to object to Reza Khan's conspiracy, and also to institutionalize the religious and national values. However, nowadays some biased and unaware people criticize and attack the Islamic system concerning the plan which leads to the development of ethical and social security. It is obvious that during the history Iran nation has indicated that it didn't have neglected the matter of hijab, chastity and change of values and also has recorded this historical honor in its name. How do the opponents of the plan, analyze the bloody uprising of Goharshad mosque and the suppressing policy of Shah against the people? There is no one who doesn't know that whatever the opponents of social security's plan try to do is the current that try to set free everything which is more dangerous than the change of values.
Everybody know that the ethical corruption, discovery of corrupt houses, opium materials and the devices of producing alcoholic beverages, the dissemination of banal and immoral films have complicated dimensions and are considered as a national threat for the society.
Today, those who raise objections to the social security proposal don't have any new words to say, except for this matter that they repeat the same old words of their treacherous bosses who considered the removal of veils necessary so that Iran can enter to modernism world !Modern civilization ! and ... !
Isn't it true that Reza Khan made a firm decision in his journey to Turkey saying Turkey followed its progress way via the removal of Veils and succeeded, so we should do the same. He called the Ministers and told them, "we should become like Western traditionally and in appearance; as the first step, the hats should be changed to chapeau (fedora) and also we should start to remove the women's veils. Since it is difficult for the people to do this work all at once , you, the Ministers and Deputies should be pioneer and also should come with your wife in Iran club once a week ... ."
Dears, almost 70 years pass from the disaster of the removal of veil in this country, and now the very Turkey is near to the ending of removal of veil. Is Iran the civilization-maker in the world or Turkey? What is your analysis concerning the assignment of a president whose wife and family are benefited by the jewel of hijab? Is it something except for this matter that they don't have seen anything except for corruption and negligence?
In this part, we point to some advices of the Glorious Quran and religious leaders in order to inform the dear readers concerning the religious principles of this divine duty. The sacred religion of Islam considers family as a sacred, constant and emotional center and invites the guest of this valuable center to the calmness, cheerfulness and affection and also presents the divine pure life as the result of a perfect and right marriage. So, the matter of hijab and chastity is considered as the base and foundation of life that hereby, the wisdom and humane perfection are fertilized and ignorance of these instructions causes negligence and disorder for the human being.
It must be mentioned that the matter of hijab and chastity are two distinct subjects which are related to each other. Hijab is the observation of apparent covering and chastity is the observation of apparent covering along with the protection of spiritual and unworldly affairs. So, the chastity has more expansive range than hijab, because it includes the hearts, eye, speaking, behavior, eating and etc. It has been advised that you should teach your eyes that not anyone is worth to see, because the eye provides the arena of entrance of heart and thought and looking to stranger (not a close family member) causes the corruption and devastation.
In the Glorious Quran, a lot of verses are about the subject of hijab and chastity that some of them are as follows:
«يا ايها النبي قل لازواجک و بناتک و نساء المؤمنين يدنين عليهن من جلابيبهن ذلک ادني ان يعرفن فلايؤذين و کان الله غفورا رحيما
(O Prophet! say to your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers that they let down upon them their over-garments; this will be more proper, that they may be known, and thus they will not be given trouble; and God is forgiving, merciful )
The subject that can be extracted from this verse and that is an eternal truth is that a Muslim woman should socialize among people in such a way that the signs of chastity, dignity, reserve and purity are appeared, and she is known with this feature. So, the diseased hearts which pursue the hunting become disappointed of them and the thought of the exploitation of them is not raised in their imagination.
«قل للمؤمنين يغضّوا من ابصارهم و يحفظوا فروجهم ذلك ازكي لهم اِنّ الله خبير بما يصنعون»
say to the believing men that they cast down their looks and guard their private parts; that is purer for them; surely God is aware of what they do)
The exalted God has determined the obligation of a man in the society and in communicating with a stranger woman. The God on high orders to the Prophet, peace be upon him, that he should tell the faithful men to avoid looking at the women and maintain their honor from the sin.
«وقل للمؤمنات يغضضن من ابصارهن و يحفظن فروجهن و لايبدين زينتهن الا ما ظهر منها و ليضربن بخمرهن علي جيوبهن»
and say to the believing women that they cast down their looks and guard their private parts and do not display their ornaments except what appears thereof, and let them wear their head-coverings over their bosoms, and not display their ornaments except to their husbands or their fathers, or the fathers of their husbands, or their sons, or the sons of their husbands, or their brothers, or their brothers' sons, or their sisters' sons, or their women, or those whom their right hands possess, or the male servants not having need (of women), or the children who have not attained knowledge of what is hidden of women; and let them not strike their feet so that what they hide of their ornaments may be known; and turn to God all of you, o believers! so that you may be successful )
«وَ قرن في بيوتكن ولا تبّرج الجاهلية الاولي»
(and stay in your houses and do not display your finery like the displaying of the ignorance of yore; and keep up prayer, and pay the poor-rate, and obey allah and his messenger. allah only desires to keep away the uncleanness from you, o people of the house! and to purify you a (thorough) purifying)
According to this verse, it is emphasized on the women of the Prophet, peace be upon him, when they go out from the house, especially on their communication with the stranger men. Of course, the intention of this verse is not to jail them, since the history of Islam demonstrates that the ordinary manner of the Prophet, peace be upon him, has not been based on such behavior. Also, the aim of this verse is not just the maintenance of the covering but the exhibitionism is considered in all manners, such as the type of looking and behavior.
Generally, whatever is gained from these holy verses is that it is emphasized on the women in considering their covering, speaking, behavior, ... and its influence on the prevention of the deviation in the stage of action (and even in the stage of intention) and it has been guided to the strategy of control via the use of force and obstructive policies in only one of these verses.
This matter shows that in an Islamic society, according to the religious instructions and the results of new scientific investigations, the point of emphasis should be put on making resistance the vulnerable classes especially women against the people who are ready to do the offence and deviation and also the control of supply against the applicant people via the deliberate and long term cultural work in the field of the dissemination of true meaning of hijab concerning the control of social and ethical deviation in the relationship between woman and man.
The Islamic narrations has dealt with this subject in detail and also it has been emphasized on the society especially the women who are exposed to more harm and danger.
One day, Asma', the daughter of Abu-Bakr came to the Prophet's house while she had worn a sheer and gauzy clothe.
The Prophet, Peace be Upon Him, turned His head and said,
«يا اسماء، اذا بلغت المحيض لم تصلح ان يريا منها الا هذا و هذا و اشار الي کفه و وجهه»
(O' Asma', when a woman reaches puberty, it is deserved that nothing is seen from her body except this and this - and He pointed to the face and the wrist of His hand to downward. )
Imam Ali, Peace Be Upon Him, said to Imam Hassan, Peace be Upon Him in a testament that , "Prevent the eyes of your wives from lust and covetous desires and religiously prohibited things via the covering which you put for them. Since hijab brings more stability for them. Also, prevent from their unnecessary exit, because it has mischief. Try to make your wives socialize with women not men.
In the other narration, Imam Kazim narrates from His fathers that they had heard this narration from Imam Ali, Peace be Upon Him, and that one day a blind man came to the Prophet's house. Holy Fatemeh, Upon Whom be Peace, covered up herself. When the reason of this work was asked from this holy woman, she said that, "this man is blind, but I can see him!" And the Prophet said that, "I testify that you are a part of My body "!
The mentioned subjects determine that in addition to the aforesaid cases, the purpose of the necessity of Islamic hijab (dress code) is the creation of goodness and also prevention from corruption in order to prepare and develop social security.
Social Security, Real Philosophy of the Necessity of Hijab:
One of the real philosophies of hijab's necessity is the maintenance of woman's calmness, immunity of the society against the corruption and giving depth and meaning to the social security with its development. Since human's soul is as a wavy sea of his desires and requests that the most important of them is related to foods, sexuality, wealth, dignity and status and the highest requests of men is having drive toward female gender surely .
The religious veiling is the message of chastity, characteristic and piety of Muslim women.
Thus, not only men of the society do not stare with greedy eye at such woman, but also they consider her as an effective force in expanding the social security and praise her virtue. So, not only woman will be safe from the shaft of venomous looks, offensive words and encounters of society's villainous people in the trench of her hijab, but also she will bring about the security and inner calmness of herself and her society.
Bases of Social Security in the Shadows of Female's hijab:
Undoubtedly, one of the most important of the accomplishment bases of divine commandments, and under its shadow, the social security, is the institutionalization of hijab and chastity's matter so that, the bliss of the world and the other world of the society are prepared under its shadow.
Here, we point to some of the strategies of the accomplishment of this important matter:
1) Believing in God and benefiting by the jewel of piety: when the human being believes in the Exalted God and His science and Wisdom, accept that the commandments which is enacted for the humanity are perfect and have desirable effects and welcome the divine commandment of hijab.
On the other hand, a pious human guarantees the provision of social security via the piety; otherwise, he considers the divine commandments, such as hijab, as a kind of limitation for himself that threats the social security for human beings.
2) Awareness: The recognition of human's truth and philosophy of divine commandments is considered as the bases of social security. When the human attains his inner response that why the chastity and hijab shall be observed in the society, the bases of religious hijab are formed in herself that she gives value to social security with complete awareness and also guarantees its durability.
It is necessary to mention this important point that does the physical conflict have legality in order to institutionalize the divine commandments? It is extracted from all verses and narrations that the first Islamic strategy is the cultural strategies for these affairs, but the physical clash and also usage of force and compulsion against the wrongdoers and deviated people have been pointed too so that the God on high, gives warning about the strong reaction of the Prophet, Peace Be Upon Him, against the ill-hearted people and even been exiled from the Islamic society.
