Attending the valedictory and introductory ceremony held for the new director of Maraqeh Islamic development department, Hojat-al-Islam Hamid Azimi added: in spite of the show-off of some secular schools such as materialism, etc. .., they did not succeed to meet the human needs in some period of time, according to the reports of public relations of East Azerbianajn Islamic development department.
Stating that the school of Islam passing over the material dimension of these schools proposes the eternity and Resurrection Day, he added: Islam after the magnificent victory of the Islamic revolution was proposed more than the past and influenced the world.
Islamic revolution attracted the attention of the thirsty natures of humanity that made complaint about the lack of justice to itself; this school is able to respond to the needs of man, he remarked.
In spite of being developed in the economic dimensions, the countries having secular schools are not able to respond to the needs of man and control their society, he reminded.
He went on to say: if the growth of a society is achieved without establishing justice, it will lead to the descent of spirituality and justice in the society.
Islam due to the blessing of the martyrs' bloods, clergies' efforts, the late Imam Khomeini (RA)'s and the Supreme Leader's leadership has been proposed in the world and also the revolution shines in the entire world, he said.
All groups of the society, especially the preachers of Islam should explain the beliefs and results of the pure religion of Islam to people, he added.
Touching on the capabilities of this city in the religious and cultural fields, Hojat-al-Islam Hamid Azimi said: Maraqeh having 225 and 125 urban and rural mosques respectively, 60 Hosseiniehs and 122 religious bodies has the necessary capacity to develop the high concepts of the life-giving religion of Islam.
Appreciating the activities of Islamic development department in this city, Hojat-al-Islam Mohamad Taqi Pour Mohamadi, the Friday prayers leader of Maraqeh asked for the continuation of these activities in this city with more cooperation and intimacy.
It should be noted that during this ceremony, Hojat-al-Islam Adel Qorbanzade, the former director of this city's Islamic development was appreciated for his activities and Hojat-al- Islam Ali Amiri was introduced as the new director of this department.
Maraqeh city having a total population of 250 thousand is located at 147 kilometers southwest of Tabriz, the center of East Azerbaijan.
