Developing Mahdism Culture, Important Program of Qazvin Islamic Development

Developing the culture of Mahdism is one of the important and prior plans of Qazvin Islamic development department, said the director general of Qazvin province's Islamic development department.

In an interview with the public relations, Hojat-al-Islam Aliakbar Hajazizkahni said on last Tuesday: holding the religious discourse sessions on the theme of Mahdism at schools, mosques and universities is regarded as one of the successful programs of Qazvin province's Islamic development, according to the reports of public relations of Qazvin province's Islamic development department.

According to his saying, developing the culture of Mahdism keeps the youths safe from deviations and leads to the training of a young generation with the spirit of anti-hegemony, so by doing a correct planning, more fundamental steps should be taken in direction of developing the culture of Mahdism.

The 15th of Shaaban (birth anniversary of Hazret Mahdi) is the best opportunity for strengthening the religious beliefs, removing superstitions and drawing people's attention towards the prospect of Hazret Mahdi's reappearance (may God hasten his reappearance), Hojat-al-Islam Hajazizkhani added.

He mentioned that inadequate knowledge about Hazret Mahdi (may God hasten his reappearance) is the biggest fault of the Islamic nation, saying we should see that what we want from Hazret Mahdi and what we are going to receive from his holy being.

If the matter of reappearance becomes understandable in our lives, we will never again repeat the holy names of the infallible Imams just for meeting our needs, he added.

By knowing and following the orders of Imams (AS), we can prepare the ground for his reappearance, Hojat-al-Islam Hajazizkahni added.
