Institutionalizing Quranic Culture Among Kurdistani Youths Is Essential

 

The director general of Kurdistan province’s Islamic development stated that it is essential to institutionalize the culture of the glorious Quran among youths and adolescents of this province.

The glorious Quran is the light of guidance and prosperity in men’s life, and development of the Quranic culture in this province needs the efforts and enthusiasm of the Quranic centers and institutes, Hojat-al-Islam Masoud Safi-Yari said in the third session of the Kurdistan province’s Popular-Quranic Institutes General Assembly, according to the reports of public relations of Kurdistan Islamic development department.

Holding the elections of the Quranic Institutes General Assembly in direction of selecting the competent and proper persons in order to supervise the Quranic activities of the province’s centers and institutes is essential, he added.

In his remarks, he counted the duties of the Quranic Institutes Assembly as doing planning in order to do suitable activities in the Quranic domain and to make correct use of facilities and present credits; he also put emphasis on the establishment of this Assembly.

At the end of his speeches, he asked for making efforts to create an intimate and Quranic atmosphere among those who are involved in the Quranic domain.
