The role of Dr. Beheshti in clarifying the ideals of the Islamic revolution and making laws, compiling the constitution and explaining the laws in accordance with the principles of Islam was strategic and unprecedented, Hojatoleslam Seyyed Nourollah Mousavinia stated, public relations office of Boushehr province’s Islamic development department reported.
“Beheshti” can not be summarized in a mere name; he was beyond a name. He perceived life wisely, lived mystically, and was martyred devotedly, stated the director general of Boushehr Islamic development department.
Dr. Beheshti learned morality in the school of Ahlulbiet (Household of the prophet) (AS); he learned to be fond of offering services to people not to be thirsty for power, and without his eyes and hands as the help and assurance, the Islamic revolution could never reach the peace and stability, he went on to say.
Touching on the terrorist attack led to the martyrdom of Dr. Beheshti and his loyal companions in the Iranian calendar year 1360, Hojatoleslam Mousavinia added: in this terroristic attack which was the sign of the hypocrites’ weakness, seventy-two ones were martyred like those twenty-two ones martyred in the day of Ashura, although the poisoned clouds of ignorance didn’t tolerate such explosion of light.
Pointing to the prominent traits of Dr. Beheshti and his political and religious insight, the director general of Boushehr Islamic development department added: being obedient to Allah, Velayat and law is counted as the three main features of Dr. Beheshti.
At the end of his remarks, he added: although in the Tir 7, 1360 (Iranian calendar year), Dr. Beheshti, the symbol of self-purification, was martyred, his bright thoughts will shine forever.
