IDO, People and Religious Scholars’s Best Hope

 

The head of the Infallible Imams (AS) Jurisprudence Center knew very hopeful the development of the plans of Islamic Development Organization and said: this organization is the religious scholars and people’s hope.

 In a meeting with the head and officials of Qom province’s Islamic development department, Ayatollah Muhammad Javad Fazel Lankarani noted: some time ago, Islamic Development Organization manifested its activities just in Art Bureau, but thanks God, at the moment, it is clear that the macro policies of this organization are deep and fundamental, and the very issue is a hope for all religious scholars and people, public relations office of Qom province’s Islamic development department reported.

He considered the activities of Qom province’s Islamic Development Organization as extensive and useful and said: Islamic Development Organization is a hope for religious scholars; and the grand religious authorities expect too much from this organization, therefore, the works done by this influential institution should be reported to religious authorities.

Addressing Hojatoleslam Eskandari, the director general of Qom province’s Islamic development department, this teacher of jurisprudence said: “since you have begun your activities in Qom Islamic development department, we feel this organization has undergone a very good change.”

Establishing rural scholar houses, employing resident clergies and the other activities of Islamic Development Organization is worthy of appreciation, Ayatollah Lankarani stressed.

In other part of his speeches, the head of the Infallible Imams (AS) Jurisprudence Center pointed to the different methods of publicity at the present time, and said: today, all youths use the Internet and the modern media tools, therefore, Islamic Development Organization should make the best use of modern tools too.

Touching on the wide range of enemies’ onslaught against the religion of Islam and the culture of Shia, he explained how the false sects emerged; he noted: such sects have been designed since some decades ago, and have entered the country to oppose not only spirituality but also the principle of the religion.

 In every dimension, enemies have a plan for our youths, so that they intend to substitute their desired issues for religious beliefs; although, we enjoy the elites and good thinkers and we should do a planning for the next generation of Europe and America, Ayatollah Fazel Lankarani stressed.

It is expected that Islamic Development Organization does a special work in the domain of hijab and chastity in Qom province, he went on to say.

The government should pay a special attention to the cultural issues, but unfortunately, such concern is not felt a lot, Ayatollah Lankarani stressed.

In the end, the head of the Infallible Imams (AS) Jurisprudence Center stated: Islamic Development Organization is an institution in which creativity is of high importance, noting we thank God that such effective institution exists in Qom province and we hope that the blessings and achievements of this institution increase day by day.

It is worth noting that at the beginning of this meeting, Hojatoleslam Abbas Eskandari, the director general of Qom province’s Islamic development department presented a report on the activities and plans implemented by this department.
